VIRTUAL PACKAGE

Text, phone, and video support for those who want coaching from the sidelines.

Sliding Scale $850-$1,050

1 Virtual Prenatal Visit to discuss your vision for your birth, go over your birth preferences, and answer any questions you may have about the birth process. Time allowing, we will also go over what to expect in postpartum and how to prepare to care for your newborn.

Continuous Virtual Support through labor and immediate postpartum. This includes unlimited text and phone calls, an open Zoom room where we can meet anytime over the course of labor, coaching on positions and ways to support labor progress.

1 Virtual Postpartum Visit to process your birth story and answer any questions your may have in retrospect. Topics for this visit are custom fit to your postpartum experience, but typically include recovery care, newborn feeding and sleeping, and settling into life as parents.

LAST MINUTE PACKAGE

In-person prenatal and birth support for families in their 35+ week of pregnancy.

2 In Person Prenatal Visits to discuss your vision for your birth, go over your birth preferences, and answer any questions you may have about the birth process. We will go over comfort measures, labor positions, and ways to be preparing the mind and body for the journey of childbirth. We will also go over what to expect in postpartum and how to prepare to care for your newborn.

Continuous Labor Support. This includes unlimited text and phone calls during early labor, in person support from active labor until approximately 1-2 hours post delivery.

1 Postpartum Visit to go over your birth story and answer any questions your may have in retrospect. Topics for this visit are custom fit to your postpartum experience, but typically include recovery care, newborn feeding and sleeping, and settling into life as parents.

STANDARD PACKAGE

Comprehensive in-person prenatal and birth support.

3 Prenatal Visits, 2 In Person and 1 Virtual to develop your vision for your birth and build your understanding of the birth process and what to expect from your birth experience . Three visits allows us to look very closely at your specific situation and outfit your toolkit with strategies to make your birth vision a reality. We will go over comfort measures, labor positions, and ways to be preparing the mind and body for the journey of childbirth, as well as tap into techniques and practices for empowering yourself and your partner to be the authorities in your birth space. We will also go over what to expect in postpartum and how to prepare to care for your newborn.

Continuous Labor Support. This includes unlimited text and phone calls during early labor, in person support from active labor until approximately 1-2 hours post delivery.

ADVANCED PREPARATION PACKAGE

The all-in-one birth preparation package.

Sliding Scale: $3,100-$3,300

Childbirth Education: Includes admission to any scheduled Preparing for an Empowered Birth session, or 1-on-1 private education session (s).

3 Prenatal Visits, 2 In Person and 1 Virtual to develop your vision for your birth and translate the knowledge you've gained in childbirth education in real strategies for birth. We will look closely at your specific situation and outfit your toolkit with strategies to make your birth vision a reality. We will go over comfort measures, labor positions, and ways to be preparing the mind and body for the journey of childbirth, as well as tap into techniques and practices for empowering yourself and your partner to be the authorities in your birth space. We will also go over what to expect in postpartum and how to prepare to care for your newborn.

Intuitive Movement Practice: The included childbirth education allows for extra time to work through intuitive movement strategies for labor and birth preparation.
