THE MINI SUPPORT PACKAGE (VIRTUAL)

The Mini Support Package is a great option for those families who feel confident in their ability to navigate their birth experiences on their own but still want the benefit of an experienced birth professional who is intimately acquainted with their family’s values to provide insights and guidance throughout the birth process.

BIRTH PREPARATION COACHING PACKAGE

The Birth Preparation Coaching Package provides personalized support for families in the emotional and logistical journey of pregnancy as they prepare for the arrival of thier babies. In three visits, we will fine tune your approach to preparing your mind and body for labor, and discuss anything that may be coming up for you in the process. BIRTH SUPPORT NOT INCLUDED.
