This is not your average birthing class. So much of birth preparation is focused on the birthing person. And rightfully so. But when it comes to having a positive and empowering birth experience, the role of the birth partner can be extremely important and is often neglected. As someone who regularly observes birth, I can confidently say that the birth partner, and the connection they hold to the birthing person, is the single most powerful tool we have for supporting the labor process.
