Birth Support by B-earth-Mama is like having a birth best friend, someone who is there to hold your hand through all the ups and downs of pregnancy, birth, and your postpartum transition. As your doula, I am committed to upholding your family values, to supporting you in every decision without question or judgement, and to guiding you with love and care in becoming the best version of your new self that only you can be. The relationship we build will be as unique as you are, and together we will work to identify all the ways that birth support can lift you up and hold you in this precious, vulnerable time. It is an honor to be invited into a family's birth journey, and I cherish every opportunity to bear witness to the power that comes to those families in their births. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about all the ways partnering together could benefit you and your baby.

What's in a birth support package?

Complimentary consultation call over Zoom to identify your goals for your birth, talk logistics, and generally get to know each other to see if we may be a good fit. Partners strongly encouraged to join.

Prenatal visits to help you craft your vision for your birth, answer any questions you may have, and come up with practical strategies to help you prepare your mind, body, and soul for labor, birth, and everything that comes after.

Phone, text, and email support to address any and all concerns that might come up for you during our time working together.

Continuous labor support from those first early surges until your sweet babe is comfortably settled in your arms after birth.

Postpartum visits to process your birth and address anything that may be coming up in your transition to early parenthood.

Access to my personal labor comfort measures toolkit, which includes a tens unit, essential oils, massage balls, peanut ball, heating packs, birth scarf, and other birth accessories.

Photographic documentation of your birth (ask me to see my portfolio!).

Digital resources packet including evidence based articles on commonly discussed topics and my own vetted referrals list of practitioners in the area.

Review of your birth plan document and guidance in understanding your options as you fine tune your preferences.

Dedicated back up doula as an invisible member of your support team.

Phone, text, and email support for up to six months after your baby is born.

Elemental Birth Package

The Elemental Birth Package covers all the key elements of preparing for an empowered birth experience. In addition to labor and birth support, this package includes 3 birth focused prenatal visits and two postpartum check ins after delivery. The package also includes admission to the Birth Partner Preparation Session, a group session for partners only, where I speak specifically to the role of the primary support person and coach your partner on all the ways they can show up for you in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

Full Circle Birth Package

The Full Circle Birth Package is designed to give you all the tools to successfully prepare for a spiritually fulfilling birth experience AND for the transition to parenthood. This package includes everything from the Elemental Birth Package, PLUS an additional prenatal visit for lactation education AND two additional postpartum visits for wraparound support in your transition to parenthood. This package is great for those who want to make sure they have all the tools necessary to settle confidently into postpartum and parenthood.
