The Birth Partner's Playbook: A interactive workshop centered on the role of the birth partner and the impact they can have on the birth experience.


This is not your average birthing class. So much of birth preparation is focused on the birthing person. And rightfully so. But when it comes to having a positive and empowering birth experience, the role of the birth partner can be extremely important and is often neglected in many traditional child birth education programs. As someone who regularly observes birth, I can confidently say that the birth partner, and the connection they hold to the birthing person, is the single most powerful tool we have for supporting the labor process. From coping and pain management to furthering progress in the body, the partner's bond is a container within which labor can flourish.
